MoveAbility Dance - Ages 6-10
(10 Weeks) Mondays 4:15-4:55pm
This fun and physical adaptive dance class will allow your child to explore the fundamentals of dance and enjoy unique dance games that introduce a variety of dance styles (such as Latin, Cheer and Country) along with learning basic terminology and footwork (through ballet, jazz, hip hop and lyrical genres) all while being fully inclusive to any ability! Together with music, movement therapy techniques and social games, this class aims to bring out the performer in every child! Whether you are looking to increase your child's recreational activities, or give your child the foundations and tools to be successful in any dance class, our (CDTA qualified) dance teachers primary focus is to make every child feel like the dancer they truly are!

A creative and adaptive gymnastic class built around children's individual needs! Individual coaching on all equipment with small class ratios, closed off private areas and max class sizes. Trampolines, Beam, Bars, Floor Circuit, Foam Pit, ending with a cool down Yoga! A stimulating atmosphere in a quiet and supportive environment guided by qualified gymnastics coaches and Movement Specialists.
